Cosmetic Skin Care Center Services
Our experienced esthetician will evaluate and design in-office treatments to meet your specific skin care needs. These treatments are non-invasive, with little or no recovery time. They can also be done in conjunction with any injectable procedures performed by Dr. Rauscher. In addition to in-office treatments, Kristi can also develop an in-home regimen to achieve optimum results.
Medical Facials
A medical facial is a deep-cleansing process to treat skin conditions such as rosacea, acne, and hyperpigmentation. An important component of your customized skin care plan, our medical facials are done using physician-strength products to produce the most desirable results for your skin.
SkinCeuticals Chemical Peels
Epidermal peels are a non-invasive method to immediately resurface and improve the health of your skin with no "downtime." Anyone who wants to combat aging, hyperpigmantation, or acne can benefit from a chemical peel.
A SkinCeuticals Peel can:
- Improve skin texture and radiance
- Support healthy collagen levels for firmer skin
- Diminish fine lines and wrinkles
- Lighten dark spots and even-out skin tone
- Reduce acne blemishes and help prevent future breakouts
- Revitalize sensitive skin while decongesting pores
SkinCeuticals Clinical Peel Procedures
- Pigment Balancing Masque
- Improves hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone
- One-step clinical procedure of chemical exfoliation combined with high performance brightening agents.
MicroPeel
- Helps reduce the primary signs of photoaging (fine lines and wrinkles, dullness, and visible skin imperfections)
- Three-step clinical procedure combining manual exfoliation, chemical exfoliation, and cryogenic therapy
MicroPeel Plus
- Helps reduce acne and keep problematic skin free of breakouts
- One-step clinical procedure of chemical exfoliation with salicylic acid
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is the most natural way to evenly and safely exfoliate the skin without chemicals or lasers. It is one of the most requested non-invasive procedures. All skin types can benefit from microdermabrasion. Anyone who wants to minimize the appearance of scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation problems, uneven skin tones, dullness, lifeless and sun-damaged skin will benefit from a microdermabrasion treatment.
Microdermabrasion utilizes crystals to gently resurface superficial layers of the skin. With our advanced technology, you can receive customized microdermabrasion treatments to suit your specific needs.
IPL-Intense Pulsed Light
Quadra Q4 IPL System uses gentle pulses of light to remove age spots, sun damage, vascular irregularities, and unwanted hair. The final result is a more even-toned, youthful appearance. Most patients achieve their desired results in two to three sessions. This procedure can be performed on almost every part of the body. There is minimal or no discomfort and patients resume normal daily activity immediately following a treatment.
Permanent Cosmetics
Permanent cosmetic makeup is a completely safe procedure that helps replenish what time has taken away. It allows patients to maintain their active lifestyle without time-consuming interruptions to apply (and re-apply) their makeup. Cosmetic tattooing is also utilized to improve the appearance of patients who have suffered from disfiguring medical conditions. The procedure incorporates the safe micro-implantation of medically-approved pigments into the skin. Color is placed "in" your skin with specialized instruments resulting in a natural, soft result. While the process may require multiplel sessions of layering in color to achieve your desired result, your investment in permanent makeup will save you time and money. A conservative approach is best, since color is easily added but more difficult to remove.
10 Good Reasons for Permanent Makeup
